The Manager, Quality role is onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada. Compensation is $75,000–$85,000 per year. The role supports the Quality function at Bespoke Pharmaceuticals and its quality-control, quality-assurance, and quality-systems operations. The manager provides first-line leadership for quality processes and personnel, ensuring records, procedures, training, and product decisions meet applicable quality requirements. The role protects product quality and patient safety through independent judgment, issue escalation, corrective action, and inspection readiness.

What you'll do

• Review GMP records for compliance, completeness, and traceability
• support or own deviations, CAPA, change control, complaints, metrics, and inspection readiness
• maintain controlled procedures and records
• exercise independent quality judgment and escalate conflicts affecting product quality or patient safety
• assign and supervise work
• maintain procedures, training plans, risk registers, and resource forecasts
• review trends and lead corrective actions
• represent Quality in cross-functional work
• exercise only formally delegated and current QCU approvals.
