What you'll do

• Develop RDN network competencies and recruitment processes
• co-develop disease-specific nutrition protocols
• define assessment and visit frameworks
• establish documentation standards and quality metrics
• provide nutrition assessments, care plans, counseling, and education
• collaborate with health plan teams
• conduct chart audits and case reviews
• train and support network RDNs.
