What you'll do

• Follow safety, GMP, and food-safety guidelines
• review production schedules
• operate and monitor tanks, pumps, valves, and lines
• inspect operations
• troubleshoot and escalate process issues
• conduct lab testing and document results
• load and unload bulk shipments
• receive and inspect raw materials
• clean tanks and work areas
• complete production reports and certificates of analysis
• monitor inventory and participate in cycle counts
• assist with sanitation.
