What you'll do

• Stock, organize, and prepare an assigned station
• wash, cut, chop, portion, and mix ingredients according to recipes
• cook menu items using grilling, sautéing, frying, roasting, or broiling
• plate dishes consistently and coordinate timing
• maintain clean surfaces and holding temperatures
• follow health, hygiene, and HACCP guidelines
• sanitize equipment, store or label leftovers, and complete closing checklists.
