What you'll do

• Perform water extraction, structural drying, dehumidification setup, and moisture mapping
• assist with fire and smoke cleanup, odor removal, and content handling
• support mold remediation, including containment, HEPA vacuuming, and antimicrobial application
• perform controlled demolition when required
• set up and maintain equipment
• record moisture readings and job progress
• communicate updates to customers
• coordinate with technicians, project managers, and office staff
• follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines.
