What you'll do

• Inspect material dimensions and condition using tape measures and micrometers
• perform Brinell Hardness inspections
• safely operate lift trucks, overhead cranes, and heat-treat equipment
• learn furnace operations and process controls
• complete inspection forms and heat-treat logs
• record process parameters and maintain product identification and traceability
• follow safety procedures and keep the work area organized.
