The role exists to lead the Memory Care department and develop programs that bring purpose, connection, and enjoyment to residents’ daily lives. It contributes through associate supervision and development, program evaluation, budget and staffing oversight, and quality assurance.

What you'll do

• Lead daily Memory Care operations and ensure compliance with regulations and community standards
• work with the Program Coordinator on activity calendars and schedules
• develop programs supporting social connection, physical activity, creativity, and purpose
• supervise, schedule, coach, and evaluate associates
• orient new associates and ensure required training
• maintain departmental policies and procedures
• manage the budget and staffing plan
• evaluate programs and oversee quality assurance
• keep the Executive Director informed.
