Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse (RN) position is onsite in Worcester, MA. Pay is $42–$47 per hour, depending on shift and including shift differentials. The nurse provides direct care to residents at Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center. The RN assesses residents, provides treatments and medication, follows physician orders, supervises nursing assistants, documents care and plans, and visits residents daily to evaluate their needs and conditions.
