What you'll do

• Develop project plans and schedules
• conduct pre-construction site visits and prepare work packages
• manage multiple projects through closeout
• coordinate employees, subcontractors, and contractors
• track budgets, schedules, costs, revenue, and profitability
• forecast costs and maintain job-cost records
• assess scope changes and their effects
• prepare project reports
• coordinate crew and equipment schedules, procurement, and deliveries
• review drawings and submittals
• supervise project staff and field contractors
• administer contracts and coordinate permits and licenses
• manage client communications and project changes
• promote health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements
• conduct weekly site safety inspections and lead weekly safety meetings.
