Fitness Coach — Evenings and Weekends

What you'll do

• Lead equipment orientation sessions tailored to participants’ abilities and limitations
• contact members for follow-up appointments and retention
• provide feedback, encouragement, reevaluations, and additional orientations
• inspect the facility and report maintenance issues
• respond to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR as needed
• address patron inquiries and concerns
• clean workspaces and fitness equipment
• attend meetings and training.
