What you'll do

• Diagnose customer equipment hardware and software problems

• provide remote phone support when not traveling
• escalate complex issues
• coordinate parts orders, returns, and technical assistance with distributors
• install and support equipment onsite
• configure and program equipment
• train distributors and customers
• follow up with customers. Travel can exceed 75% at times
• overtime and standby availability are required.
