Maintenance Instrumentation and Controls Technician

The Maintenance Instrumentation and Controls Technician role is onsite in Richland, WA. Compensation is $30–$45 per hour. The position supports facility equipment maintenance and internal systems at Perma-Fix Environmental Services. The technician calibrates, maintains, repairs, and installs facility measurement and testing equipment, while also supporting information systems hardware, software, networks, and end users. The work helps keep facility operations and technical services functioning reliably.

What you'll do

• Perform routine calibrations and preventive and unexpected maintenance and repairs on facility measurement and testing equipment
• maintain monitoring equipment
• install equipment and instrumentation
• complete assigned process logic control programming
• maintain calibration records
• support network, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals
• provide help-desk and technical support and user training
• work with operations, safety, and quality assurance personnel.
