The Crops Operations Manager – Shipping, Receiving & Equipment role is onsite in Brockport, NY. Compensation is $70,000–$84,000 per year. The role supports Kreher Family Farms’ crop production operations and post-harvest logistics. The manager coordinates packing, inventory, shipping, receiving, transportation, and agricultural equipment operations to keep product movement accurate and efficient while preserving quality. The role also leads and develops the workforce and supports operational improvements across logistics and packing.

What you'll do

• Supervise and schedule H2A and hourly employees
• train and coach staff on safety, packing standards, and procedures
• ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulations
• oversee packing workflow and inventory control
• maintain inventory records
• manage shipping and receiving, truck scheduling, and loading
• coordinate trucking during peak harvest
• ensure reefer temperature controls and product handling standards
• coordinate equipment use, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• improve equipment efficiency and operational processes
• support reporting and data-driven decisions.
