What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day staff and services operations, recruitment, scheduling, customer service, reporting, and administrative tasks
• maintain accurate staffing and service-delivery records for each case
• assist in creating and managing the master schedule
• staff clinical cases according to budgeted hours authorized by insurers
• support HR, Operations, and Clinical functions
• serve as a point of contact for case assignments and staff availability
• maintain accurate records and track processes
• accept calls and respond to emails outside work hours.
