What you'll do

• Analyze case profiles
• seek additional information when needed
• search for and verify approved, credentialed providers
• contact providers and make at least five match attempts per case daily
• confirm distance, referral timing, benefits, costs, practice area, and member preferences
• send confirmations and documents
• update case records and the attorney database
• respond to messages and emails within two business hours
• provide status updates and daily activity reports.
