What you'll do

• Assist retail customers, technicians, and internal departments with parts identification and selection
• provide pricing, availability, and ETA information
• order, receive, and stock OEM and aftermarket parts
• maintain inventory counts, labeling, and storage
• communicate with vendors about availability, returns, and warranties
• complete parts tickets, invoices, and repair orders
• follow GM and dealership warranty and safety procedures
• coordinate parts delivery with the Service Department.
