Recertification Specialist — Affordable Housing

What you'll do

• Schedule and conduct resident certification interviews
• request third-party verifications
• review resident documents
• calculate income, assets, expenses, and rent
• collect updated documents
• review files for regulatory compliance
• assist with waitlists and applications
• support daily property operations
• process initial, annual, and interim recertifications under HUD and HPD guidelines
• review Section 8 eligibility and follow LIHTC and Section 8 guidelines.
