Desktop Support Technician II

The Desktop Support Technician II is an onsite role in Englewood, CO. Compensation is $27–$35 per hour, depending on qualifications. SEAKR Engineering develops advanced electronics for space applications. The technician provides end-user support for desktop hardware, software, and connectivity, helping employees resolve issues and maintain reliable workstation operations. The role manages support tickets, deploys and troubleshoots devices, and coordinates escalations with IT Infrastructure while excluding core network and server administration.

What you'll do

• Provide customer-focused technical support
• manage, prioritize, and resolve support tickets within established SLAs
• install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• use Enterprise Endpoint Management Systems for OS imaging and software deployment
• document desktop configurations and maintain hardware and software inventory
• assist with Mobile Device Management enrollment and policies
• collaborate with IT Infrastructure on escalated issues
• assist with desktop environment maintenance and administration.

Why this role
