What you'll do

• Operate and monitor weaving looms
• set up, thread, and start machines
• repair broken warp and weft ends
• inspect fabric for defects
• replace beams and materials as needed
• clean machines and perform basic preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot minor issues and notify maintenance of mechanical problems
• complete production and quality records
• maintain a safe, organized work area
• work with supervisors and teammates to meet production goals.
