What you'll do

• Acting as liaison between clinical staff, nursing, physicians, patients, family members, and hospital leadership.
• Assisting with orientation on all incoming personnel and completing evaluation documentation.
• Developing monthly work schedules and monitoring staffing levels.
• Performing direct patient care services and initiating patient teaching.
• Ensuring preventive maintenance is performed on equipment and communicating issues to leadership.
