The Senior Cash Applications (Accounts Receivable) role is onsite at JX Enterprises’ corporate office in Hartland, WI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The posting states pay of $20–$27 per hour. JX supports customers with trucking needs and describes its work as part of the diesel industry. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role posts and reconciles customer cash transactions and resolves payment issues. It supports accurate financial records and customer service while serving as a knowledgeable resource for process questions, issue resolution, and training new team members.

What you'll do

• Post lockbox, ACH, wire, and Multi-Serve cash transactions to customer accounts
• enter refund checks
• review and process cash logs
• assist customers with cash purchase history
• investigate overages, shortages, and unapplied cash with Accounting and Operations
• review new accounts
• address inquiries
• train new team members and resolve process questions.
