What you'll do

• troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems
• conduct preventive maintenance
• maintain grounds and amenities
• participate in the after-hours on-call rotation
• follow safety policies and local building codes
• document work orders and inventory.
