What you'll do

• Learn about and perform entry-level Direct Service Professional duties under a qualified DSP
• provide individualized support that may include participant empowerment, communication, community and service networking, community living skills, education, training, self-development, advocacy, vocational and career support, documentation, relationships, and health and wellness assistance
• respect participant privacy and support informed decisions and everyday choices.
