Wound Care Nurse

What you'll do

• Assess and treat acute and chronic wounds, including surgical wounds, burns, pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, and venous stasis ulcers. Develop individualized wound care plans and evidence-based protocols with the interdisciplinary team. Educate patients and families on wound management, prevention, dressing changes, compression therapy, and incision care. Document assessments, progress, and outcomes
• collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
