Class B Delivery Driver

Job overview

The Class B Delivery Driver role is onsite in Fairborn, OH. Compensation is $27.00–$29.00 per hour, with 5% bonus eligibility. Hawkins supplies industrial and laboratory chemicals to municipalities and businesses across the Central United States. The driver loads, delivers, and unloads products safely and courteously, supporting reliable customer deliveries. The role also handles required shipping and receiving records, routine vehicle and equipment inspections, and safe transport of hazardous materials in accordance with Department of Transportation standards.

What you'll do

• Load, deliver, and unload products at internal and external customer sites
• handle, store, ship, and transport hazardous materials in compliance with DOT standards
• complete shipping and receiving paperwork, inventory sheets, and inspection reports
• perform routine minor maintenance and inspections of vehicles and equipment
• maintain housekeeping standards
• follow product quality, safety, and environmental requirements
• communicate safety and equipment needs.

Why this role
