Multi-Axis CNC Setup Machinist — Turning and Milling

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills
• machine bar stock to specifications
• select and adjust fixtures, inserts, speeds, feeds, and tooling
• produce and verify first-piece parts
• document setup approval
• perform in-process checks and adjust offsets
• maintain equipment and surface-grind or resharpen arbor teeth as needed.
