The Community Outreach & Membership Sales Representative role is onsite in Sunnyvale, CA. Compensation is $19.50–$25 per hour, plus commission. The role supports UFC GYM’s efforts to generate leads and bring prospective members into the gym. The representative builds community relationships and turns outreach into appointments, gym visits, and memberships. The position combines off-site prospecting and event activity with follow-up, membership sales, and service to current members and guests.

What you'll do

• Conduct off-site prospecting and street-team activity
• generate leads and schedule appointments and gym visits
• build relationships with local businesses and community organizations
• coordinate promotional events
• distribute guest passes and collect leads
• follow up with prospects
• present membership options
• pursue sales and revenue goals
• provide customer service and maintain sale documentation.
