What you'll do

• Monitor and coach employees on safe behavior
• communicate training plans and coach crew members
• lead shift hand-offs
• verify and record sanitation documentation
• provide corrective feedback
• conduct root cause analyses and implement long-term solutions
• lead and assist sanitation washes
• partner with operations to improve wash and changeover efficiency
• assist with new-hire orientation
• correct deviations to meet regulatory and company requirements.
