The Automotive Accounting and Title Clerk role is onsite in Meredith, NH, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pay is $21–$25 per hour, approximately $43,680–$52,000 annually. The role joins the accounting team at Lovering Volvo Cars Meredith. The role exists to keep dealership accounting and vehicle paperwork accurate, organized, and moving on time, supporting vehicle transactions and the accounting team’s daily and month-end work.

What you'll do

• Process vehicle title and registration paperwork and Finance & Insurance paperwork
• track funding on financed purchases
• prepare vehicle and trade-in payoff checks
• process receipts, ACH deposits, floor plan payoffs, wholesale and intercompany transactions
• maintain reports and vehicle titles
• reconcile accounting schedules and assist with month-end accounting.
