What you'll do

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in person and by phone
• complete check-ins, intakes, and patient information updates in the EHR
• schedule appointments and manage correspondence
• verify insurance coverage and explain financial responsibilities
• respond to clinic inquiries
• collaborate with departments
• balance and finalize the daily cash sheet
• complete required training.
