What you'll do

• Plan and improve the Workforce Development Academy and employee learning framework
• lead new-hire orientation
• develop curricula and training materials
• coordinate onboarding and 30-, 60-, and 90-day development tracking
• schedule and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-directed training
• assess training needs
• coordinate mandatory education
• administer the LMS
• track completions, certifications, and renewals
• maintain training records
• prepare dashboards and reports
• evaluate training effectiveness
• coordinate leadership development and cross-training
• and maintain confidentiality.
