What you'll do
- Oversee CPT coding accuracy for surgical cases
- partner with collections on billing and collections outcomes
- manage prior authorizations for upcoming procedures
- apply appropriate coding approaches to insurance and attorney-driven personal injury claims
- lead, train, and grow the in-house coding team
- and advise the practice on coding questions and edge cases.
