The Program Manager / Subject Matter Expert — International Affairs role is onsite in Arlington, VA. Compensation is $140,000–$170,000 per year. The position leads a DHS CISA International Affairs Support Services task order in support of CISA International’s global engagement mission. The program manager serves as the Government’s primary contact, oversees task-order performance, and provides strategic advice and technical guidance. The role coordinates a multidisciplinary team and manages scope, schedule, quality, risk, cost, and deliverables to support the mission’s evolving requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day task-order management across scope, schedule, quality, risk, and cost
• develop and maintain the Project Management Plan and risk and cross-task processes
• prepare monthly status reports and support program management reviews
• advise CISA International leadership and develop improvement recommendations
• supervise analysts and specialists and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
• maintain relationships with Government stakeholders
• be available to the COR Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. ET, respond to issues within four hours, and support occasional off-hours, weekend, or holiday activities as required.

Why this role

Requires US citizenship, active TS/SCI or eligible status with strong recent TS history, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and 8+ years of federal program or project management experience. DHS/CISA experience and PMP certification are preferred.
