What you'll do

• Manage the member pipeline for an assigned area through phone, email, and virtual meetings
• generate and convert leads through events, school presentations, referrals, and outreach
• support recruitment events and troop formation
• coordinate registration, placement, troop assignments, and transfers
• provide customer service and technology-platform guidance
• track leads, recruitment activity, event outcomes, and membership data in CRM and database systems.
