The Project Manager, Energy Services position is a full-time, in-office role in Punta Gorda, FL, with limited travel to project sites as required. Compensation is not specified. Lane Valente Industries’ Energy Services team works across commercial EV charging, electrical, and energy infrastructure projects. The manager coordinates projects from initial request through execution, billing, and closeout, aligning field technicians, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, utilities, and clients. The role helps keep schedules, permitting, service work, and project deliverables moving toward completion while identifying and resolving risks.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple EV charging, electrical, and energy infrastructure projects through execution, billing, and closeout
• coordinate schedules, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, materials, and deliverables
• manage permitting and utility coordination
• develop scopes, pricing, and customer proposals for review
• coordinate service calls, work orders, and applicable SLAs
• communicate project updates to clients
• maintain project documentation and tracking
• identify risks, delays, and scope gaps
• prepare completed work and billing milestones for invoicing
• identify additional project opportunities with existing clients when appropriate.

Why this role

Three or more years of relevant project management, construction coordination, electrical contracting, field service, account management, or related experience preferred. EV charging, electrical, or energy experience is preferred but not required. Limited project-site travel is required as needed.
