What you'll do

• Check labels and date codes for legibility and accuracy
• package eggs according to customer requirements
• ensure eggs and packaging materials meet quality standards
• correct issues when possible and report packaging problems
• maintain production pace
• keep the work area clean
• operate area equipment safely
• follow hygiene, USDA, Good Manufacturing Practices, SQF, safety, and food-defense requirements
• and communicate with plant staff.
