The Inside Sales Representative – Division role is an onsite position in Eagle, CO, paying $25–$32 per hour. The role is part of Rio Grande Co.'s Sales Team, supporting contractors, builders, and homeowners with product selection, pricing, and order coordination. Rio Grande Co. supplies and fabricates building materials for construction projects across Colorado. The representative helps customers move from initial inquiry through delivery by providing product guidance, preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating with vendors, outside sales, purchasing, and yard operations. The role also supports customer relationships and accurate, timely fulfillment.

What you'll do

• Assist walk-in, phone, and email customers with stone and brick product information, pricing, availability, and applications
• generate quotes, process orders, and follow up
• maintain product knowledge
• coordinate special-order materials and lead times with vendors and Purchasing
• support Outside Sales accounts
• maintain showroom displays and samples
• track open orders and coordinate deliveries with Yard Operations
• assist with material takeoffs and estimates as needed.
