What you'll do

• Lead regional and project cost-control functions
• develop and maintain cost-control systems, reports, forecasts, trend analyses, and change procedures
• validate cost data and guide corrective actions
• present monthly and quarterly performance reports
• track budgets and schedules and identify risks
• oversee cost analysis, estimates, proposals, and budgets
• manage change orders
• support contract administration and invoice review
• ensure compliance with policies and client standards
• contribute to business development
• mentor junior cost-control personnel.
