Operations and Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Operations and Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Sanborn, IA. Pay is $25–$35 per hour. Regenis builds and operates anaerobic digesters on dairy farms to support reusable resources, family farms, and a cleaner planet. The technician supports safe, reliable facility operations by monitoring equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance. The role works with internal teammates and outside contractors to maintain equipment performance and product quality.

What you'll do

• Promote personal and process safety
• maintain daily logs and reports
• develop and implement equipment isolation plans such as Lockout/Tagout
• troubleshoot operational issues using collected data
• maintain pumps, motors, blowers, compressors, and other equipment
• monitor and record instrument readings
• change oil and filters
• clean separator screens and maintain site cleanliness.
