Pavement Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Pavement Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Memphis, TN, working on projects for clients across the city. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour. EverLine Coatings and Services provides line painting and pavement maintenance services for parking lots, roadways, garages, and warehouses. The technician uses specialized equipment and materials to maintain pavement assets, completing projects safely and to a high standard. The role supports customer satisfaction through project execution and daily communication with the Operations Manager.

What you'll do

• Use equipment for line painting, asphalt crack filling and seal coating, power washing, and epoxy flooring
• plan and facilitate project production
• communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
• maintain a safe, hazard-free job site
• perform additional tasks as required.
