What you'll do

• Lead the PMO and establish program governance, standards, and best practices
• develop and improve processes, procedures, templates, and tools
• manage Program Scheduling and Program Planning & Control personnel
• establish Integrated Master Scheduling standards
• support Earned Value Management and applicable DFARS-compliant EVMS practices
• oversee cost and schedule performance, forecasting, variance analysis, and corrective actions
• develop dashboards and executive reports
• partner with integrated program teams and cross-functional departments
• monitor portfolio performance and risks
• drive continuous improvement
• ensure compliance
• and mentor PMO staff and Control Account Managers.
