What you'll do

• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications
• lead and govern testing across business change initiatives
• define and execute test strategies and analyze results
• mentor junior team members
• assess the impact of requirements changes
• identify and track bottlenecks, risks, and impediments
• oversee defect identification, prioritization, and root cause analysis
• act as the testing escalation point
• use JIRA and ALM Octane for planning, execution, and reporting
• guide test automation strategy
• maintain the System Test Plan.
