• Lead and manage Mechanical, Thermal, and Life Support Engineers responsible for Environmental Control and Life Support System designs
• establish and enforce technical standards and practices
• coordinate priorities and resources with program managers, chief engineers, and functional leaders
• maintain labor forecasts, staffing plans, and resource estimates
• define acceptance criteria and review expectations
• provide technical expertise
• monitor productivity and process metrics
• drive continuous improvement
• develop team capabilities and knowledge management
• foster professional growth.
