What you'll do
- Deliver enrichment and Power Hour activities using provided lesson plans
- supervise and support members ages 4–13
- coordinate with other youth development staff
- attend required meetings and training
- maintain program supplies and spaces
- follow applicable child-care, food-program, and grant requirements
- support health and safety procedures, conduct daily health checks, and file incident reports.

Why this role
The schedule is Monday–Friday, either 2:00–5:30 p.m. or 3:00–6:30 p.m., depending on site. A high school diploma or GED and one year of professional experience working with youth ages 4–12 are required; CPR and First Aid training or ability to obtain them is required.
