What you'll do

• Supervise equipment operators, riggers, and labor crews
• assist with setup, inspection, and safe operation of port equipment
• ensure cargo handling follows company policies and safety requirements
• monitor workflow and adjust operations
• report malfunctions, unsafe conditions, and delays
• train and support crew members
• maintain work, equipment, and safety records
• coordinate crew schedules
• review employee timekeeping and payroll documentation.
