What you'll do

• Supervise assistant managers, sales associates, utility workers, and team leads
• delegate, coach, train, and hold staff accountable
• oversee receiving, production, security, safety, loss prevention, inventory, merchandising, and sales transactions
• manage cash processes and documentation
• analyze sales, production, and donor reports
• support hiring and represent the store and agency
• serve as an emergency contact outside regular hours and cover other retail locations as needed.
