What you'll do

• Manage customer intake and vehicle write-ups.
• Create and present repair estimates and maintenance recommendations.
• Review and present Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs).
• Manage customer follow-up through phone, text, and email.
• Manage repair orders from write-up through completion.
• Use Tekmetric and Steer software for shop management.
• Support shop sales goals.
• Manage a daily workload of 10-20 vehicles.
