The Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations role is onsite at least four days a week in Chicago, IL, and pays $100,000–$130,000 per year. BrightEdge develops an SEO, search, and brand visibility platform for organizations. The analyst improves and scales the go-to-market engine through forecasting, workflow analysis, Salesforce improvements, and Deal Desk governance. The work provides Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and executive leaders with operational insights and processes that support revenue growth.

What you'll do

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success leaders and executives to translate operational data into recommendations
• own bookings, upsell, and renewal forecasting and reporting
• audit sales workflows and design improvements
• partner with the Salesforce administrator on Service Cloud data architecture, workflows, reports, and dashboards
• support Deal Desk approvals and discount guidelines
• manage operational projects through implementation and change enablement
• coordinate month-end operational reporting with Finance and compensation teams.
