Donor Recruitment Coordinator — Hybrid

The Donor Recruitment Coordinator role is hybrid in Quincy, MA: onsite on non-event working days and off-site on recruitment-event days. The anticipated base pay is $24–$33 per hour, with a flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM local time; local travel is required for events. Discovery Life Sciences supplies human biospecimens and cellular starting materials to support cell and gene therapy and precision medicine programs.

What you'll do

• Coordinate community recruitment and marketing events, manage event logistics and day-of operations, build local partnerships, maintain social media engagement, and support donor recruitment and retention.
• Serve as an initial contact for donors, provide program and study-specific education, conduct screenings, manage onboarding and follow-up, schedule appointments, and use software platforms to identify eligible donors.
• Recruitment strategies and materials must follow IRB requirements and be submitted for regulatory approval.
