What you'll do

• Assist project managers with daily project coordination and administration
• maintain project documentation, schedules, reports, and tracking logs
• assist with material takeoffs, purchasing, vendor coordination, and purchase orders
• prepare and track submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and general contractors
• make occasional job-site visits
• assist with project closeout documentation and procedures.
